You got that right! Definitely did not go down well.
I have some in my fridge. It’s great. But I prefer it once the chocolate has cooled and the bacon is cool and firm. The bacon should be slightly thick, and the chocolate should just cover half the meat rather than immersing the bacon right into the chocolate. Cheers!

The word ‘nasty’ comes to mind. Hershey syrup glazed squishy bacon – not appealing at all. Crispy bacon with a hard dark chocolate coating – maybe worth a try.
