1. Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck

This observation deck is located on the top of Marina Bay Sands. It is open from 9AM to 6PM everyday. This is a good place for a sunrise spot in Singapore. 2. Ocean Park Singapore

Located off the coast of Singapore, Ocean park amusement park is a huge tourist attraction. It is one of the most visited places in Singapore. It is also one of the most popular places for photo-shootings because of the beautiful view it provides. There is also a great walkway where you can take a stroll and get amazing views as well. 3. Upper Peirce Reservoir

Upper Peirce Reservoir is just like any other normal park, except you can get a nice view of the city skyline with the sunrise. The entrance to this park is free and open 24 hours. Other than that, it has basic facilities; there are toilets, benches and tables. This park is located near Upper Peirce Reservoir, East Coast Park and Punggol Waterway Park. 4. Punggol Waterway Park

This park is located near Upper Peirce Reservoir, East Coast Park and Punggol Waterway Park. This park is great for kids because of the playground and other facilities. It is among the most visited places in Singapore this weekend. The entrance fee to this park cost S$15, with a single day pass costing S$9 for adults and S$5 for children (3-12). 5. Pasir Ris Park

This park is located near Pasir Ris Park, Simei Green and Simei Park. It has many facilities and scenic spots, such as the man-made beach. The beach is a great place to enjoy a day out at sea without having to spend too much. This park is also popular among children because of the playgrounds it has and the basic facilities it provides. 6. Changi Boardwalk

Located near Changi Beach Park, this boardwalk is popular among couples and families as a great place to enjoy an evening stroll. This is a good place for a sunrise spot in Singapore.. The boardwalk also has many facilities and attractions. This boardwalk is widely known for its man-made beach at the end of the walkway. However, remember to bring your own stuff when you visit this park because there are no shops here and you may get thirsty or hungry at night. You may choose to go for a sunset walk here instead or just admire the view from the park itself. Admission fee to this park cost adults S$3 and below S$1 for children (3-12). 7. Yishun Dam

This dam is a great place to visit during the night. This place is also ideal for photo-shoots as it is surrounded by lights. You can get some great pictures of the sky, especially during sunset or sunrise.
